What is
The Allez 5k?
The Academie Lafayette, Allez 5k, is a FUNdraising tradition that brings together our families and the community as a healthy alternative to raising money! Allez [ah-lay] means GO or Come On in French. So we ask all of our families and surrounding community to Come On and Run with us!
In 2015 we started a new tradition of having the Allez 5k at Arrowhead Stadium, and we are continuing that tradition this year. Allowing the professionals to do what they do best made for a fun and somewhat painless event.
We will have a chip timed 5k (3.1 miles) and a 1 mile Family Fun Run/Walk. There will also be a costume contest! The entry fee for the 5k will include a timing bib and a rockin' T-shirt. The 1 mile fun run entry fee includes a your awesome T-shirt.
